The Treatment

90 Minute Sessions that are Appointment Only
I no longer work with just one modality in session which is why I only offer 90 minute sessions. You will experience many modalities in my work. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Reflexology. I will be looking for pliable tissue. Range of motion in joints. Perhaps you require some Reiki and some crystals as your energetic self needs to be re-balanced as well. I will end the session with a strong, all natural liniment from TAOG, CBD oil from Wild Roots Apothecary or doTerra essential oils all with your permission, of course. I now offer my clients the use of an infrared sauna after their session, at no additional cost to my set price.
Many of the items I have listed here are considered separate massage experiences and add-ons at other massage businesses. I don’t believe in separating things out. I want to have whatever your body needs to feel it’s best as you leave my studio. I use all my resources and knowledge to create an alchemy that is just right for YOU. Payment
I accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash or Check. There is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.
Gratuities
Tips are gratefully accepted but never demanded. A 20% gratuity is common in return for a session that meets or exceeds your expectations.
Termination
I reserve the right to refuse appointments or terminate treatment sessions for the following reasons:
Conditions are present for which massage is contraindicated
Poor hygiene
Improper or lewd conduct
Sexualizing the session
For any other reasons that compromise my integrity or safety
Please let me know if you need to cancel or re-schedule a session as soon as possible. I maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy.

You have my complete focus for an entire session. Not only am I listening to your words, I am keenly listening to what your body is telling me. You may not even be aware you have an issue but your body is revealing it’s secrets. I employ whatever modality it takes to achieve positive results. No two sessions are alike in it’s focus or in my findings. My clients always leaves in a much better place than when they arrived. I am well educated with a B.A. in Art and Art History and a Minor in Political Science, DePaul University, Chicago. A 4.0 GPA from The New School for Massage in Chicago in 2008. This 600-hour program focused on the sciences that underlie massage techniques (anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and pathology), as well as professional skills, clinic practice, and community outreach. In 2025, I became certified in both Tara Meyer- Robson’s, “Body Decode Practitioner’s Certification” and “The Flow Method Practitioner’s Certification.” I am now a practicing Medical Intuitive Coach.
